- Legal services rendered to Customers in drafting and analysis of economic contracts, verbal and written consultations in economic activity of enterprises and organizations;
- Legal assistance to Customers in the process of settlement of economic disputes, that arise in the process of execution, introduction of alternations and amendments, termination and performance of economic contracts, including in regards to a privatization of a property;
- Legal support of a Customer in economic bankruptcy cases;
- Consulting of a Customer on the issues of unfair competition, in the process of considering of cases brought by Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on the issues referred to its competence by law;
- Comprehensive management of the Customer’s affairs arising out of the corporate relations in disputes between business companies and its member (founder, shareholder), including the retired member, as well as between members (founders, shareholders) of business companies related to the establishment, activity, management and termination of this company;
- Legal services to Customers when considering economic cases on the recovery of indebtedness, on cancellation of registration of a business company, reimbursement of material damage and losses, recovery of unreasonably received funds and affirmative covenants;
- Legal assistance to Customers in economic disputes on voidance of agreements and indemnification of damages;
- Attorney’s defense of a Customer in the process of resolution of economic disputes regarding securities, violation of proprietary rights on intellectual property and copyright rights;
- Legal assistance to the Customer in the process of settlement of economic disputes which arise out of the haulage contracts, in which one party is a transport authority;
- Pre-trial settlement of economic dispute (preparatory measures for a Customer for negotiations with a contractor, development and forwarding of claims), analysis of economic legal relations and Customer’s documents with the contractor, drafting of complaints, petitions, statements and statements of claim to economic courts and courts of appeal;
- Development of tactics, strategy and perspectives of administration of cases at economic court, collection of evidences and direction of attorney’s inquiries exclusively for a Customer;
- Comprehensive administration of Customer’s cases by an attorney within the system of specialized economic courts (local economic courts as a courts of general jurisdiction, economic courts of appeal and a Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine as a court of cassation as well).
