Legal assistance during registration of various agreements in regards to the land, namely: purchase and sale transactions, lease, privatization of land plots (including filing of appeals against the waiver to privatize a land plot), recognition and registration of certificate of title to land (on a “turnkey basis”);<\/li>\n
  2. Comprehensive legal support of land disputes related to the declaration of title to land, settlement of disputes due to incorrect registration of title to land, changes to or recognition of a state act on a right of private property to land as null and void;<\/li>\n
  3. Advocacy in resolution of conflicts related to the seizure (illegal construction) of land plots, disputes in regards to illegal construction of multistory buildings, combating against raider land attacks;<\/li>\n
  4. Legal assistance in case of violation of the rules of good-neighborly relations, establishment of the boundaries of a land plot, elimination of impediments to utilization of a land, reclamation of a land plot from someone else’s illegal possession;<\/li>\n
  5. Consultations in regards to association, allocation and distribution of land plots, determination of procedure (regulation) of use of land, change of a category of land plots, resistance to the use of land plots in violation of their target designation;<\/li>\n
  6. Advocacy representation at the state bodies (district departments of land resources, village councils, territorial bodies of the State Geological Cadastre), voidance of resolutions of local authorities on the allocation of land or refusal hereof, settlement of disputes on denomination of plots according to the State Land Cadastre (with the help of \u0421\u041a-63 or \u0423\u0421\u041a-2000 systems);<\/li>\n

  8. Legal assistance during registration of inheritance on land, including in the absence of a state act;<\/li>\n
  9. Claiming compensation for damages caused by land users, including in cases of use of land in violation of its target designation;<\/li>\n
  10. Legal assistance in land management, land valuation, topographic and geodetic works (with the utilization of contemporary electronic devices), as well as registration and carrying out of land auctions;<\/li>\n
